The representative I worked with Alejo who was very nice. Sadly, having nothing to do with the dealership Lexus seemingly cannot fix my ongoing issue with my voice recognition problem, not being able to send a verbal text. The dealership technicians did their best to try to remedy the situation. Sadly, it seems not to be fixable at this point. I’ve had this ongoing issue since I got the vehicle.
