Your salesman and the finance manager were informative, patient and helpful. This is the first time I was pleasantly surprised by your sales people. In the past, your staff seemed pushy and just wanted to make the sale and not care about me as a customer. So I never bought or leased a car from you before; I was too insulted and went elsewhere. My car was with the Lexus dealer for almost a month, and my car insurance was involved. I felt the communication between the dealership and my insurance was poor. In addition, the dealership did not communicate well with me throughout the process and I had to continuously reach out via phone call, text and email to get updates. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the process, although I am glad my car has been repaired and hopefully it will continue to run welll.

I had a recent experience where my car battery went dead, due to a window tint tech leaving it on for too long while working on it. When I explained this to Elda in order to request my battery be checked for any issues since I'm about to drive across the country on a trip, instead of trying to be helpful, Elda quickly scolded me that the warranty would not cover anything with my battery since someone else touched it.
I was surprised by this immediate defensiveness, instead of curiosity about how she could be helpful to me, especially since all the car needed was to be jumped. Nonetheless, I was able to get the battery jumped, and it was fine after that, but her lack of care really disappointed me and her stern tone about what was not covered as opposed to how she can be helpful in that moment was jarring. She was also not the warmest individual. When I first arrived to drop off my car. This my fourth a car that I've purchased from keyes and I have been a loyal customer. But I'm not sure I would necessarily want to go to Elda again for service help.
