Very thankful and satisfied my issue was discovered sorted out and covered with my warranty on 100%, Bill is gracious and I appreciate his professionalism and attention to details in staying in contact with updates and details of the finalization the pick up time. Lexus was very accommodating also with a very nice loaner complete service per Swift professionally also even my Bluetooth set up, which I thought I needed a new phone was updated and is now working better than ever before. Alejo is great. I was frustrated that many critical services weren’t included in my final 30K service under my pre-certified plan. Alejo explained everything that was needed. The finance guys need to be more up front during the time of sale. I was really upset but Alejo helped to manage my frustrations.

Was not happy with the service. Had to call financial and dealership back and forth. No one had the same information. Felt like i was a detective trying to figure out what was going on. All for them to hold the car for two days with nothing done because at the end of the day. Lexus doesn’t even repair the issue. Just told me at the end of the day, call this number to have it repaired at a different facility.
