I took my car to the dealer because it told me that it needed servicing, they inspected it and I had to change the oil, rotate the tires, the air conditioning filter and they mentioned that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I agreed to change the rotation oil and filter. And I told him that the windshield wipers should not be changed because he had used them the last time it rained and they were fine. Today in the morning I wanted to use them to clean the windshield and they were already detached in half. which bothered me a lot because they were not like this when I took the car to the service. I didn't want to think badly but I think they hurt me there. As I repeat, I had used them days ago and they are in good condition. so that annoys me. I think I will not return to your business, I will see other options.

It took a total of nearly 90 minutes for me to get in to see my service representative (waiting while he served customers ahead of me) and to get my loaner vehicle (also waiting while customers ahead of me were being served) and be on my way. This is not a personal criticism of my service representative who provided me with excellent service, but it is way too long.
