A piece that covers the cabin filter inside the glove compartment was left outside on the mat on the passenger's side. I would expect that my maintenance is done with due diligence and not rush but this incident proved to be otherwise. The glove compartment was not functional for the remainder of the week until I had to go back to Keyes Lexus to get this repaired. Not only was the travel back an inconvenience, but it is also a safety concern to have my glove box opened and exposed when I am parked at other places other than my home.

Keyes Lexus has a real winner in Anthony Pastoral - professional, knowledgeable, respectful, explains the issues with my car clearly and I don’t ever feel like I’m being up sold on services, instead he works with me on a plan to keep my car healthy without financially ruining me. Also a huge shoutout to the mechanic, Erick ****, who led the work on my car - I accidentally left cash in the vehicle and it was still there when my car was returned - that has not happened at other dealerships and service stations, I AM SO GRATEFUL to him for his honesty, morals, values and good judgment. Wow!
