I brought my car in as it was making this weird nose.
What I didn't quite understand was why someone had to drive the vehicle with me to verify such noise.
Until I suggested that we switch and have him sit at the passenger seat as he wasn't hearing anything being on the driver seat, it was only then that he heard the noise.
As a client it kind of made me feel that I was doubted on what my concern was and thought it was unnecessary and a ware of time having someone validate my concern.
