Ali is very reliable, always a fast and smooth transaction every time I go to Lexus either for maintenance or issue with my car!
Ali always go above and beyond his duty. He has excellent customer service and he always made me feel like a family. I was surprise he still remember how old is my daughter even if I only go to Lexus once or twice a year. Keyes Lexus must be proud for having a great employee like Ali!

I have NO issue with Anthony. He is courteous and communicated with me frequently. When I received the paperwork indicating that more work was required no where did it indicate that I wouldn’t have my car for a full day, rather than the 3 hours originally indicated. Not did I anticipate, nor was it communicated by text or phone call, how massively the bill would balloon from mid $500’d to over &1100 due to over $700 labor charge. I have been driving Lexus for over 15 years and was stunned when I came to collect my car. I was amazed and angry.
