Calvin was fantastic. He was very helpful and thorough while discussing my car. 10/10 for Calvin and Keyes. FWIW-I live 1.9 miles from the BH service center and I will be returning to Keyes for service due to the level of service I received. Daphne was also super helpful when I was scheduling my appt.
Also maybe add snacks to the waiting room on Saturdays. :)

I scheduled the appointment a week in advance and when I arrived, was told the part wasn't available and I would need to wait a few hours for service. I had planned to wait at the dealership during service, but could've made alternate plans had I known. I was offered an uber, but was told it can only be within 10 miles so it couldn't even take me home. I had to call someone to pick me up on short notice. I also have a service plan through Keyes Lexus and was asked by multiple people if I even meant to make an appointment there (my car is a hyundai but was purchased from keyes lexus) and was also told originally they couldn't find my service plan. I will give respect that my car was fixed very quickly (only ended up being 3 hours) and Joe was honest and nice. I do feel things could've been done by keyes lexus to prepare better beforehand though.

Terrific service almost after hours, pulled in with a battery that needed replacement after being charged by AAA at 5:15 and was taken care of immediately! Also, ended up leasing my next Lexus that day!!
