I've been a customer of Keyes Lexus since 1992 (32 years). I could buy the same car at any Lexus dealership, but it's the Service and personal relationships that keep me coming back. Anthony is a big part of that.

6 $.25 coins were taken from the side compartment to the left of the steering wheel. The$1.50 loss is not the issue. The issue is I do not want to have to think that I can be robbed at the Lexus Dealership. Also, the Windshield and two outside mirrors were dirtier after the car was washed than before I brought the car in. I called Bill Horvat and let him know. He said he would alert the Service Manager. I hope he did.

Car "shudders" at idle and all speeds. I noticed at pickup Saturday (06/08/24), along with non-functioning tachometer and speedometer (fixed after returning car Saturday). Possible misfiring? I'll be bringing the car back Monday morning (06/10/24).
