When I called to schedule the service, I was told I would be able to get a loaner car. When I arrived for the service the representative said they don’t give loaners at that hour of the day (3 pm) and didn’t offer any other option besides waiting at the dealership for 2.5 hours.

Danecia, as always, was wonderful. The audacity to charge what you charge, if I did the repairs with Keyes, is borderline criminal. $7900 for the same job I was quoted by 3 other mechanics to do for $3500. Wow.
