Joe tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment scheduled even after I showed him my confirmation email. He said they didnt schedule appointments at that time
and asked me if i could come another day because they were closing up the shop. After I let him know that I was unable to do so and if I had an appointment for this date and time they should be able to go through with my appointment. I also inquired about purchasing a new part for my car and I asked him if he could look into that and he never did. Overall, he made it seem like he did me a favor in getting my SCHEDULED appointment done when in reality was doing his job. Overall was not satisfied with my interaction with Joe.
