Very kind and professional.my only negative view of him he's always on his fone
I deal with customer too but the way he deals with me he's always on the fone.instead of finishing my transaction he accept calls w/o knowing my time is valuable too.compare to lexus valencia they're more professional in dealing with customer even if someone's calling they turn it off coz they have to finish what's in front of them b4 answering the calls.hope u guys improve this kind of customer service.sorry to give this kind of review.thank u

There was interior leather damage from the technician on both the driver and passenger side. I returned shortly and informed Jaime. I spoke to a friend who is Lexus technician who said they do address both front of the interior.
