I was mostly, not completely satisfied. I was told that it would take a little over two hours and it took four. Had I known, I would’ve excepted the car loaner and went home. I missed a lot of a zoom meeting mainly because my headphones weren’t working, not a fault of Lexus of course, Which is why I did say I was completely satisfied because the service was great car looks great.
