Your rep was great. He showed some cars and 1answered questions well. Our comp service appt was at 2. We were on time. There was a meeting going on with the mechanics, so we werent entered into the long queue for an hour. We were not done until after 4:30. All personnel were courteous and trying to do their jobs. Meeting impaired the efficiency. I understand your needs tho.

Alejo was very nice. However, I was under the impression that my car warranty was prepaid (per Alejo’s own words) and did not fully understand that I would be responsible for parts and labor for battery corrosion pads, batteries for remote key, etc. I would have preferred to spend an extra hundred dollars towards recommended carburetor/fuel ejector cleaning service.
