I’m not interested in receiving a callback, I just feel services could’ve been provided in a more timely manner and with better communication. There were price variations from what was mentioned at the time the schedule was made to the quote provided in the diagnostic check. Although I understood this was going to potentially take a few days, the car was dropped off Monday and I did not receive an update until Thursday. After declining the services as they weren’t covered by the warranty I did not receive a call back Saturday and went to the dealership Monday as I called 4 times throughout the morning and afternoon and could not get through.
