I don’t was there for almost 2.5 hrs today. I had scheduled an 11 am appointment a while back thinking I’d be there around an hour or so but 2.5 hrs is an excessive amount of time to be there for routing oil and tire rotation. I was deeply disappointed that I wasn’t told it would take this amount of time and not kept updated. I would expect better than this from the local dealership service dept where I purchased my vehicle. I’d hope this was a one off occurrence and not the norm from here on out. I’d hate to have to consider using another dealership and service dept that isn’t in Maury County. Like you all, my time on the weekends and other days is valuable. I would expect better consideration in the future.

I would like to share a special thank you to Todd (?) who answered virtually all of my questions regarding the electronic controls wrt the dashboard; I.e. - panel modifications such as cruise ctrls, radar adjustments, lighting, 12” monitor ctrls, etc.

Drop truck off at 9:00am. Checked back in around 12:30pm and truck had not been touched. Only needed a multi-point inspection, tire rotation and check for weld spatter related to recall (was told there was no weld spatter so nothing needed done for this). I came back around 1:40 and let the guys know I would be waiting on premises for my truck to be finished. Michael was in pleasant to deal with. It should not have taken close to 5 hours for this minor stuff to be done.
