I brought in my 2009 Prius for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have my touch screen looked at because it hasn’t been working. I dropped the car off at 1030am and I had to call at 430p to check and see if my car was ready to be picked up before closing. I was then informed that the touch screen was no longer working and would need replacing (which I already knew) but then when I asked how much that would cost I was then informed that it has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, and then was told I could come pick up the car. Patrick had already left by the time I arrived to pick up the car. So I had an oil change and tires rotated, and the engine air filter changed, and to be told that the touch screen that controls the air and heat in the car and gives all the battery information needs to be replaced but is no longer made and cannot be replaced and that I’ll have to purchase something after market. Then charged $311! This is the most I have ever been charged for such limited services provided and to be told that a car company has discontinued the part I need for my car to be fully functional. Not to mention that is took all day and I had to call to see if I could get my car. I am completely flabbergasted by this entire encounter
