There is a 15% off coupon on the website that doesn’t list a maximum discount. Larry told me the dealership limit is $100. The limit should be on the coupon as other area Toyota dealers list the limit. This is not good advertising, and when I mentioned I would be using one of the coupons when I dropped off the vehicle I wasn’t told about the maximum. I was expecting to save about $300 and instead was only allowed $100. The vehicle was ready when Larry promised so I appreciate the good service. I have three vehicles serviced here routinely and have always had a good experience.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me my computer software needed to be refreshed. $345 for an ecu reboot on a car that is only two years old. Completely ridiculous. Everytime I come to get my car serviced there is an issue. Waiting hours even with an appointment, trying to upsell to something not needed, or completely rude customer service. I will not bring my vehicle back to Robert’s Toyota.

We didn’t have a appointment he worked us in on a Saturday afternoon for a 15K miles service. We were really impressed that our lug nuts were tight, valve stem caps were on and the communication was great there unlike Beaman Toyota in Nashville

My only thing with the Roberts Toyota in general that I don’t understand is this. The first oil change and tire rotation was done earlier this month. When I brought it in, I was told I needed to do a break flush and something else that’s due every 50,000 miles. I bought my truck from y’all with 55k miles on it. Why wasn’t that service performed BEFORE I purchased the vehicle (if it’s a safety thing as I was told at my last oil change). I wasn’t informed about it until that first oil change.I haven’t done it yet bc of the cost but that also concerns me.
