Excellent and quick service - an hour quicker than I expected - very friendly and helpful staff - waiting room very comfortable and really enjoy and appreciate the free coffee - will be back again Lord willing !

This was a tricky thing. The service was good and they attempted to fix the problem however my issues was not fixed. I had spent there for hours for them trying to figure out the issue. So I am grateful for the thoroughness of the work. So I can’t say it was an actual issues with the service. My issue just didn’t get fixed.

Personnel was nice and professional. Pay ahead and skip the wait. You still have to wait at the counter. The videos were terrible, not understandable, and what good is the video when the tech is not videoing the actual job. The paperwork already tells what the tech did.
