My RAV is handling better and more smoothly since the alignment. New tires were the reason for the service. So thanks for the skilled mechanic work! However, something has changed in your “front of the house” culture or they were having a bad day, or is there a new manager of service staff? Please train your public-facing staff to greet customers, adopt a friendly and helpful attitude and just please behave in a mature, courteous and professional manner. Thanks.

Two hours, forty minutes for an oil change on a not busy Tuesday is ridiculous. Won't be back. I've done my own oil changes until I turned 60, never took me more than 30 minutes. You have work to do.
