Tires were rotated and they put nicks on all my brand new rims on my brand new car and I’m not happy with this at all,so I need brand new replacement rims for my vehicle asap. Will not except any other way. I went there to get my first maintenance routine and end up with a nightmare. Instead of having a good afternoon, I end up with a bad afternoon. I also asked that you make sure they take care of these rims. Because I knew you guys were going to rotate my tires .

Went in for an oil change. They said 1 to 1.5 hrs. After one and a half hr I asked them how much longer. They hadn't even taken my car in yet so it would be another 1.5 hrs. I said forget it. They got my car and I left. My time is more valuable than waiting 3 hrs for an oil change.
