I’m having a problem with my trunk when it’s open it’s not stopping smoothly. I explained that when I took my car to the dealer and they telling me today that’s there is nothing wrong with it even though that’s not right I tried to call and tell him what’s going on someone was talking to me in very rude and mean way also I have noises from the wheels and they told me it’s because of the rotors, I change the rotors and brake pads with OEM parts and it’s still making noises when I told him about it, they told me because the rotor is rusty even though it’s brand new rotors and when I told him it’s a brand new rotors they keep telling me excuses doesn’t make any sense. I don’t know why they don’t want to fix my car even though I’m not doing this for free I already paid a lot of money for warranty.
