Everyone with whom I interacted throughout my entire service appointment expertise was dismissive and condescending. I won’t be returning. Saying things like “that’s just the way it is and there’s nothing we can do about it” isn’t something I’d ever expect to hear after spending $73,000 on a vehicle and driving it less than 2,000 miles. I’m very disappointed with Faulkner’s service department and will never return, nor will anyone I know.

Chantelle was rude. After Chantelle told me what my bill was, she said, “I’ll be right with you, then I will give you my undivided attention”. Then she took a phone call from another customer. Then I asked her if I can pay my bill, and she replied, “Miss Durrant, I told you I’ll be right with you!”, Then she took 2 more phone calls from other customers and then waited on 2 additional other customers who arrived after me.
