Overall, the team did a great job and Shannon is a pleasure to work with. His level of communication, transparency and professionalism is outstanding. Only disappointment was the amount lubricant left on the wheels after the new tires were installed. Spent over $2k for service and now need to absorb additional cost and time to have the wheels cleaned.
