Service was great but one issue I have is i told the service advisor that the molding around my windshield is popping off as it shouldn’t be being tho it’s a new truck and I was told to keep an eye on it I wanted it fix not keep an eye on it

I have a question that I forgot to ask about the TOYOTA APP. Can some call me regarding it? My neighbors also have Toyota Rav4 and every them they go to access their vehicle the App opens up on my phone and my wifes phone. Is this normal? I find it very odd.
