First I want to thank Faulkner for being able to service my vehicle and give me a loaner car. I have no issues with Chris. He is polite and just doing his job. He did get a few dollars knocked off my bill but not enough. Here comes the bad stuff I bought two tires from you last May and I had a screw that looked liked it was in the tread and could have been plugged. There is no picture of this. Supposedly another tire had a nail. I do not see a picture of this either. I agreed to purchase all 4 tires. The tires and the rims have white stuff all over them and even bent. I understand the car is old but the tires look like ****. I took pictures but I didn’t say anything because I did not have time today. I had to be somewhere. About a year ago, I needed a brake booster and Toyota wouldn’t put it in. I took my old car elsewhere and had work done and it has been fine. I wanted to take my car to the same mechanic I have been using, but unfortunately, he was booked until next week and I had the screw in my tire. I remember speaking to Rich and he said I would have some comps when I came back in. It is because of this careless workmanship that keeps me away, besides the outrageous price. $958 for work that the mechanic should be embarrassed of.

I found lots of scratches on my car body after servicing done. The scratches I found it is my car passenger side front wheel close body area. I am so upset to see this. Believe that for careless work.
