Like I’ve said in my previous comments, I only deal with Brad. I not only bring my Toyota RAV4 to be serviced, but also a Lincoln and a Nissan Rogue which I bought from the Faulkner in Jenkintown. I will only have my cars serviced with Brad because he is honest and when he tells me something needs to be done, I trust his judgment.

Service provider’s behavior wasn’t satisfactory. She had some attitude. Other service providers were approaching their clients to discuss the problems but she was just sending the message and from her desk. I never had this problem before during my previous visit to this site for servicing my car.

Updated appointment was not acknowledged. Arriving at 1:25pm I was told I missed 11am appointment.This was the original time that I changed to 1:30pm.Therefore I could come back another day or wait up to 4pm due to no appointment. Quoted expense was not correct & not accepted either!
