Was not honest about total price. There is a hidden fee of 2.99 for storage of paper. That’s not for me to pay. Also was trying to add 10 more dollars onto my bill after telling me that it was 79 and change. Didn’t get a call. And this was the 2nd time I brought it in for the same problem. And they didn’t do a diagnostic the first time and cleared my codes. And now we found the issue. I brought my car to Toyota becaus that is where I bought it. But I don’t know if I will bring it back. A lot of hidden fees and agendas it felt like.

I had an appointment for simple service at 9:15 am. It is 115 miles so I left at 6:30. There at 9 but truck was not done until 4:30 pm. I had other appointment in billings for 2 pm thinking an oil change should take a couple of hours. Masterlube can do it in 20 minutes. I was so mad I could spit!
