I tried to call Matt 3x while my car was in to answer some questions and after 2 hours I still could not get a call back. My car was supposed to have been detailed, it was not done and after 6 hours I did not have any longer to wait. Matt was unresponsive and dismissive of my concerns. My tires die get balanced so I took that for a win. The service department experience was a sad turn from when I bought my vehicle from Don because he was incredible and made it so easy for us.

I called three days early to order the part that I needed but the part was ordered wrong and I am on a trip from California so now I have to do my trip without the passenger side blinker light. Front Desk tried to charge me for parts and labor which never happened but they did correct it very quickly. Needless to say, I am very disappointed
