I was told my vehicle would be done in three hours but it ended up eight hours and it was just a maintenance job and the advisor told me the reason it took so long bcoz there were lots of vehicles to be done. I think that was ridiculous reason bcoz I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning and my car ended up getting done at 4:45. I will never take my car to the Lexus Valencia service center again.

The main thing that I could say about Jesse is is that he is personable. I know that in a business environment, being personal and personable is not the target method of dealing with customers.
