The processes were much better. I didn't wait a long time like hi a historical lyrics I had to get processed at the start.
I was met immediately by a person who identified I had an appointment.
Jesse was efficient looked up history before the shift so that yhe customer isn't waiting while it's looked up.
When I returned with the rental the young man was right there to take the car.
