My vehicle was not fully ready, due to the tire replacement not being in stock. I received a notification stating that my car was ready and when I got there the maintenance service was completed, but Jake never called me personally to let me know the tire situation. I had to reschedule for the following week. I really wish my service advisor, Jake would have called and informed me about the tire ordering, etc….
