the service advisor was not at all courteous or concerned about my questions. He didn’t appear interested in my vehicle and my questions as i was merely there for an oil change. I expect better from a Lexus dealer.

Edward has been awesome every time I come in for service. He really knows his stuff and makes everything easy to understand. He always takes the time to listen to what’s going on with my car and explains what needs to be done in a way that makes sense to me. I always feel like I’m in good hands with him, and I trust him to take care of my Lexus. He’s super friendly and never makes me feel rushed. Because of Edward, I keep coming back, and I tell my friends to bring their cars here too.
