Got to my appointment 15 minutes early. Didn't get my car into be serviced for a whole hour. It just sat in the drop off bay until I went and asked what was going on and why my car hasn't moved.

I was told that this repair for the Honda CRV would take approximately two hours and that wasn’t the case. I was there about 4 1/2 hours out because there was an emergency I understand and they never explained what the emergency was so no I wasn’t happy with having to wait
