I’m sure the installation of new device in fuel system went well but the communications with this appointment was poor. I didn’t learn until arriving that it would reduce gas vapor levels if fuel level in tank was low. I suggest you make this a priority communications when setting up appointments. Two status of service not communicated. I had to call at end of the day to find out vehicle would be ready until next day. I understand things can get delayed but communicating status shouldn’t fall through the crack.
