Scott was great...doing everything he could to get me out in the hour 15 minute time limit I had for the oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic, however, didn't tighten the oil filter so add an extra 1/2 hour. Way to long for basic service. I would highly recommend Scott but not the mechanic!
