Only complaint I have is my screen should have been cleaned off from being reinstalled. It was filthy on one side with some kind of residue.

We had a 915 appointment on Tuesday so we dropped the car off on Monday evening. At 8:02 on Tuesday I got a text saying it was done. I called and ask if it was already done and I was informed that a message has been sent by mistake, and that other customers had said the same thing. I was told that I would receive a call when the car was done. I waited until 3 o’clock and called to find out the status of the car and was told that it was done. We live in Greencastle and I wanted to make sure we had time to pick it up. I would have appreciated it more if I would have received a call as soon as it was done as promised. I will continue to bring our vehicles to your business, but I would have appreciated a follow through. Thank you.

I had doctors appointments and you sent a text about things that you had found and that I needed to confirm immediately. I did not see that text till we got there and I assumed I guess that you would have done the work or at least followed up to make sure that I did not want a comma the work done or be had I even seen that text. But because you have no follow up and didn't call me it didn't get done and I'm not happy about that. You should have the consideration to your customer to call them and say what you found and what I like to have that fixed instead of sending a text and assuming that I see it and because I don't answer you don't do it.
