My cars diagnosis changed several times. I am still waiting to hear if I need new tires and were they ordered. Normally I receive excellent service but this time was confusing.

Kimberly was terrible. She claimed my warranty only covered 90,000 miles. I payed over $1000 out of pocket. Come to find out my warranty was good for 125,000 miles. I was only reimbursed $300 because I had 4 spark plugs and coils replaced when I only needed one replaced, that’s all the warranty covered because I only had 1 bad spark plug. She was rude and came off annoyed when I asked her to simple questions that pertained to her job. I’m very upset with Thompson Honda and believe she should be fired.
