Matt is always great. The other service representative is rude. He was spitting his tobacco dip in a cup as he checked in my car. Gross and unprofessional. Once my van was finished and brought back I waited 15 minutes for someone to come get me… once no one did I went to the desk myself and asked if I could check out. Also the guest WiFi never works when I’m there.

I have over 120k miles on my brakes, so arranged to have a complete brake job just prior to driving over 3,000 miles. Technition inspected and said not needed, brakes are at about 50 perc worn.
