Scott and the mechanics works hard and ALWAYS comes out and explains what they did on your vehicle or if they see something wrong they come out and explain it or just come out and just say your vehicle is in good condition and is ready to go. I called and made the appointment with the year of the vehicle and the problem (seat belt). After driving almost an hour to get there and the car was looked at, I was told the warranty wouldn’t cover it because the car was too old. That’s could’ve been communicated over the phone! There is no rational explanation for not doing if you had the costumer-first idea. Everyone I know will hear of this for years to come. I AM STILL LIVID OVER THIS.
