Issues with two catalytic converters put in my car. After market type, not compatible with my vehicle. Been an issue since March. Was told by service manager they would contact company where converters were made and I would receive phone call for resolution. Never got one. Engine light came on 10 days after first converter placed with catalytic converter code. They put a second one in on July 31, and within 50miles the engine light came on with same code. I'm out over $700+. I've had my car serviced there for years. My son's car as well. Never again. You people put an incompatible part in my car and won't fix the problem. Shameful way to do business. I won't be returning as you people are dishonest. I'm not the type to leave reviews or take to social media and vent my displeasure with companies that have taken advantage or done disservice to me. Guess you lucked out. I will however tell folks I know not to service or purchase vehicles at your dealership though. Have the day you deserve!

The service techs did an acceptable job and I have no complaints. They say tried to turn in my oil change as free but it was rejected
This was my first oil change on a new vehicle with low miles. I missed the cut off date. They said it was a corporate decision. I decide then, if one free oil change is too much for Honda corp to afford then I will probably never buy another Honda vehicle in the future

I was given the impression that when I brought my Honda vehicle back to Thompson Honda for maintenance that it would not take long however after arriving on time I waited for more than 90 minutes for brake fluid and replacement of windshield wipers. It cost over $100 and I would have probably done better at a Jiffy Lube. Scott did his best to diffuse the situation but I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Also the amenities are very basic. WiFi is spotty and only vending machine for beverages. Very subpar for an auto dealership.
