The service for my car seemed very good. Something is off with the facility and customer experience. Men’s bathroom was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned the night before. Grease marks on floor, dirty toilets, floor around toilets, sinks and area around all dirty. Also, I can only compare to previous visits and I noticed a deteriorating facility and number of employees was low. So it seemed off from previous experience.
