My husband brought in my car to have it checked out and he said that you all said it was caused by a collision. No one has hit my car at all. The place I. Question on my rear bumper if you look there is nothing there. Something from the underneath side was trying to poke through. Upon further inspection by someone that has recently retired from the Toyota factory, he even said something was trying to poke through and that there was nothing there at all.
I’m also very upset that my insurance company was called by someone that works and tried to submit a claim.
I have never had an issue up until yesterday. You all will be either hearing from myself or my insurance company when they have finished looking at things.
