Barb was great to work with very accommodating to my schedule in getting my vehicle in for service & repair. I liked the text updates I received keeping me apprised of vehicles progress. Happily the service & repair was done much sooner in the day then expected. On a side note when trying to initially get scheduled I had called three -four times leaving messages & only received one call back. I eventually just told the dealership operator & she got me directly to Barb who took great care of me from there. Wish some service text option or on-line schedule option request existed.

As always Tim is very professional and knowledgeable which is very important being a liaison between customer and technician, he is top shelf. The only problem that I absolutely loathe is the so called music that is played when you get put on hold or transferred. Many complaints over the years but no fix. Seems it would be an easy solution. Tim great music not so much.

I was happy they gave me an oil change when I arrived. I was told it wasn't on their computer, but when I scheduled it online I had an oil change and a text message saying I had an oil change. Just wondering if this was an issue with online scheduling. I tried to call to make an appointment and left a message and I was never called back. Therefore, I scheduled online.
