When my tires were done being rotated for my 15,000 mile check, Mr Thurston realized that an oil change could have been performed as part of the remaining year two of free service of my vehicle but was not performed. He politely told me the circumstances and asked if I had a little more time to wait. I did wait and really appreciated his attention to detail regarding this service trip. Goodwill at its finest.
