Had to bring car back and re- request that Engine Cowlings clips be installed. One in the Engine Compartment and one below the Engine.
With that stated, the Service Technician was very apologetic about having to bring it back, and installed the 2 missing clips immediately.
Once the clips were installed, then I was satisfied with the maintenance and service provided.

Pleasantly surprised by the short time that it took to get in and registered, and have my questions answered. Work was done quickly and I was on my way in less than an hour! Coffee and pleasant surroundings in the waiting area were appreciated, too. Also, appreciated, at the age of 88, not being treated as an old lady!!
