Bryan was able to squeeze me in for a tire rotation and multipoint -- everything was quick, efficient, and affordable. The entire team -- Bryan, Katie, Tim, and Barb, and all workers -- always polite and go out of their way for their customers!

Took a little longer than usual but she did come out and explain why. She also gave me a 10.00 discount due to delay and inconvenience. They did not go over service details as before but it was in receipt they gave me. I sure wish they had policy of washing cars at service. Second time I have come in for service and it hasn’t been completed because “they sent us the wrong part”. Didn’t bother me too much the first time because I realize mistakes happen. Second time after difficulties in finding a ride I was very annoyed. Would have taken it better if the guy checking me out would have apologized and taken responsibility but it was the same thing. “THEY sent us the wrong part”.

I’m have always used synthetic oil and specifically requested it yesterday, Nov.1. After waiting for 2 hours on the service, I was told that the synthetic oil had been used. When I questioned the print out, the cashier went to the shop to ask and it was NOT synthetic oil.
So disappointed!
