Bryan is an excellent employee. I hope that he is able to make this a career with Toyota. The best thing that a customer looks forward to is seeing familiar faces as they come into your dealership. That includes the service department!

Something has changed since our last visit. We called only to have the operator ask what type of service did we need before transferring us to the service department then got a message saying they are either on the phone or talking to someone so leave a message. We left a message and no callback. Called again the following day got an appointment. When we arrived we said we want oil change and tire rotation. While waiting someone came up to us and said now you only want a tire rotation and we said no we want oil change as well. They said they were from Honda and at that point we were totally confused. When we were told our car is ready we went to pay and they changed the oil but didn’t do the tire rotation. We are totally confused as to why Honda had a work order for our Avalon while we were at Toyota and Toyota had a work order and they were both wrong.

Before completion I was told my license plate lights were found not working from the 21 point inspection and they wanted to replace the bulbs. I told them to replace them but when checking out they said it wasn’t the bulbs so it must be the connection. This truck is covered under warranty so why wasn’t it fixed at the time so I don’t have to come back at a later time. Very inconvenient to return and especially with it already being there. !!! I had not received a call or text and when I called to check on my vehicle, I was presented items to decide on the fly, whether to fix or not. One of them was multiple lightbulbs when my vehicle had just been serviced two weeks before. I was told another half hour, and it ended up being closer to one hour. I was otherwise satisfied with the service and value.
