This visit was part of a lease but should have been told that it was out of the 2year agreement that we would have to pay for this visit ahead of time. I know this will not happen again. I was asked when I checked in what was needed and I told them what ever the lease called for. I should have been told then that I was out of my agreement that I would have to pay for this visit, not when it was time to check out. This is how you lose customers. I am not happy about this.
