When I booked appointment I told the lady I was on a tight schedule and she said it would only take 30-45 minutes so I booked it. After waiting 35 minutes it wasn't in yet so I needed to leave without getting it done. Waste of my morning

Ours was an unexpected service call. Our ‘check engine’ light went on first thing this morning. We called Maplewood Toyota first ( because it is the closest Toyota service near our home. The first available appointment was next Wednesday!!!) Next I called Carlson Toyota. Brandon took the call. At first his answer was also for a Wednesday appointment. But he looked again and said if we could come right in one of his service technicians could take a look. By mid afternoon the problem was identified, a new, 7 year battery was installed and we were able to pick up our Toyota before 3:30. Whew!! Like I mentioned to Brandon, my husband is having a complete knee replacement on his right knee on Tuesday. The last thing I need is a vehicle with any kind of mechanical problem. Thank you so very much to Brandon and his team. Now I will have piece of mind when I am driving our Highlander back and forth to the hospital and to eight weeks of PT. Job well done. We will definitely be back.

Initially tried to make appointment through Toyota app which was a complete failure. Then I was give the “platinum “ 50,000 mile oil change. The different levels of service were not explained at all. So I paid way more than expected for an oil change and tire rotation which also took 2 hours with an appointment. Will definitely be exploring other options for my Toyota service in the future.

During the multipoint inspection I was told that my rear brakes were at 50% life. They were changed not even 2 months ago. The technician had apparently measured them wrong. He also said that my tires are at 50% life which is wrong also because they aren't even a year old. I was told my fog light that is busted needed to be replaced because it has water it in. That's fine because I knew about it. When I asked if it could be done today I was then told that it's not the light itself but the entire housing unit and it would take hours and be costly.
