Rylen went above and beyond with my experience. He admitted fault for a simple accident resulting in my hubcap cover being broken, and informed me that he had already ordered a replacement at no cost to me! He’s been great with communication and open honesty. I hope to continue to be able to call on him for my car’s maintenance needs

Booked appt for wednesday morning. Car was brought in a day early to verify fault/order parts. Not informed that my appt moved. when trying to reach service department, no one answered the phone multiple times, leading me to be forwarded to billing department. They couldnt answer any questions about my car/ appt change. Still couldnt reach service department. When my service was complete, my quote jumped by 200 dollars, and was informed of a "tech issue with my original quote." The only positive thing after my car was a full day late and with no proactive communication from the service team was that the service manager made the 200 dollar adjustment.
